How to keep your suki coming back: loyalty cards and slow-day promos
By the Labahan team · October 18, 2026 · 3 min read
A regular customer who drops off every week is worth more than any ad. Keeping them is cheaper than finding new ones, and they bring their neighbours.
Start with your quiet days
Look at how many loads you get on each day of the week. Most shops have one or two clearly slow days.
A discount on a slow day fills machines that would sit idle anyway. A discount on your busiest day just gives away money and makes the queue longer.
Promo ideas that don’t hurt your profit
- Slow-day promo: a small discount or free fabcon upgrade on your quietest day only.
- Early drop-off: a discount for loads dropped before 10 AM, which spreads your work across the day.
- Bring a neighbour: both get a small discount on their next load.
Before running a promo, check your cost per load so you know how much discount you can afford.
A loyalty card that works
- Keep the rule simple enough to explain in one sentence.
- Make the reward something they notice: a peso discount or a free add-on.
- Track it in one place, so a lost card doesn’t mean a lost reward.
Service is the real loyalty program
- Remember regular customers’ preferences: fabcon scent, folding style, hangers.
- Be on time, and message before a load is late.
- Say thank you: “Salamat po!” on every release.
How Labahan helps
On Pro, Labahan Manager runs promos on the days you choose, applied automatically at the counter, and gives your suki a loyalty card tracked in the app, so no paper card gets lost. The monthly report shows your busy and quiet days.
