Labahan Manager is a laundry shop management app and simple POS made for Philippine laundry shops. It runs in the phone browser you already have: no Play Store download, no special hardware.

“Ready na po!” alerts and a tracking QRFree
Every claim stub has a QR. Customers scan it to see if their laundry is washing, drying, folding or ready, and get a “Ready na po!” notification when you mark it ready. No SMS fees, and fewer “Is my laundry ready?” calls and chats.
Numbered claim stubsFree
Every load gets its own stub number, printed or shown as a QR, with your own prefix if you like (A-0012). Find any load in seconds by stub number, customer name or tag number.
The Board: every load in one placeFree
See what is received, washing, drying, folding and ready. Each service has its own steps, so Wash only skips drying and folding. Every load has a promised time, late loads turn red and express jobs stand out.
Fix a wrong serviceFree
Picked the wrong service? Change it on the load. The price updates, and extra money paid is given back or kept as suki credit, with every change in the activity log.
Washer and dryer timersFree
Pick the machine when a load starts washing or drying. The Board shows which machines are free, running or done, and the phone beeps when a cycle ends.
Bag tagsFree
Print one tag per bag with the stub number, “Bag 2 of 3” and a QR. At release, the app asks that every bag was handed over.
Payments, balances and cash countFree
Record cash, GCash and Maya payments, partial payments and balances. Today asks for the starting cash each morning, shows sales and unpaid balances, and counts the drawer at closing, so you know where every peso went.
GCash and Maya QR before pickupFree
Add your own Receive money QR. Customers pay from their tracking page and tap “I paid” with the reference number. You confirm it, and the app warns you if a reference number was already used.
Booking linkFree
Customers book a drop-off from your shop link, so you know who is coming.
Staff PINs and rolesFree
Owner, Manager, Counter and Washer roles. Each staff member signs in with their own PIN, and the app records who did what. Link a staff phone with a one-time code, so your email and password never go on it.
Ask Labahan (Magtanong)Free
Stuck on a screen? Type or say your question in the Board search or the Ask Labahan card, in Taglish or English. You get short steps with a button that opens the right screen, and Report it sends the details to Labahan support. Free 5, Pro 50 questions a day per shop.
Prints on receipt printersFree
Print claim stubs and bag tags on 58 mm or 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printers through your phone’s print menu, or any printer your phone or computer can use. Choose a side margin so nothing is cut at the edges, and print a test slip to check.
Check-in at drop-off and smart ready timesFree
Staff tick pockets, stains and damage before washing, and the note shows on the stub and tracking page. Ready times follow how many loads are waiting and how many machines you have.
Close the shop with a closing reportFree
Count the drawer and tap Close the shop. You get a short report on your phone: sales, drawer short or over, late loads.
Customer ratings and feedbackFree
Customers rate their laundry from the tracking page after pickup, and staff report problems on any load. One list, with the fix written down.
Machine care and a price calculatorFree
Warranty and service reminders for each machine, and the real cost of one wash with a price that leaves a profit.

Stubs and the tracking page show the branch where the laundry was dropped off. Pro includes 1 branch; each extra branch is ₱149 a month (Dagdag na branch: ₱149 kada buwan). If you leave Pro, your first branch keeps taking new loads.
Works on the phones your shop already has
Labahan opens at labahan.com in Chrome, Safari or Samsung Internet on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and laptops. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Customers don’t need to install anything: they scan the QR on their stub, even from Messenger or Facebook.
Made for weak mobile data
Loads, payments and releases save in one step. If the signal drops and you tap Save again, nothing is recorded twice.
