You can delete your account and all your shop's data at any time.
Fastest: from the app
Sign in as the shop owner, then go to Owner → Delete my account, type your shop name and confirm. It's done right away.
Can't sign in? Ask us
Enter the email you use to sign in to Labahan. We'll confirm by email that the request came from you, then delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your shop, branches, staff and PINs, prices and settings
- Loads, customers and their phone numbers, payments, cash counts, expenses, supplies, bookings and reports
- Your sign-in and your phones' notification settings
What we keep
Only the record of what you paid Labahan for your plan (amount, date and reference), because tax law requires us to keep sales records. Auto-renew is stopped, so there are no more charges. Paid time left is not refunded.
